About Me

Hi there!

I’m Miranda, nutritionist, functional medicine practitioner and educator.

I’ve worked with individuals and groups for over 5 years to optimize health through nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I’m experienced in a range of health challenges, including gut, immune and hormonal imbalances, toxin exposures, food sensitivities, and chronic stress and burnout.

I believe nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have to shift our health. Just think about the number of times we eat throughout our lives – that’s a lifetime of opportunities to boost our health!

  • BSc in Communication & Media Studies – Loughborough University (UK)

  • Certified Nutrition Specialist – American Nutrition Association (US)


I’ve also had the unique opportunity to complete my supervised hours at Dr. Kara Fitzgerald’s renowned Functional Medicine & Longevity Clinic, working alongside not only Dr. Fitzgerald but an entire team of medical and naturopathic doctors as well as other nutritionists.
