Hi there, I’m Miranda,
a functional nutritionist, certified practitioner, educator, and writer.

For over five years, I’ve worked with individuals, communities, and global audiences to improve health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies. My work sits at the intersection of clinical practice, education, and communication, whether I’m supporting clients one-on-one, designing personalised meal plans, leading workshops, or creating evidence-based content for leading voices in the field.

I specialise in supporting complex, chronic health concerns, including gut health, hormone imbalances, immune dysfunction, food sensitivities, toxin exposure, and chronic stress.

I believe nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have to shape our health. We eat multiple times a day, every day, and each meal is an opportunity to support our biology, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

Clinical Experience & Training

A key part of my professional training was completing my supervised clinical hours at Dr. Kara Fitzgerald’s Functional Medicine & Longevity Clinic.

There, I worked alongside Dr. Kara Fitzgerald and a multidisciplinary team of medical and naturopathic doctors, as well as experienced nutritionists.

This experience strengthened my ability to:

  • Work with complex, multi-system health conditions
  • Apply functional medicine testing and interpretation
  • Translate advanced protocols into clear, actionable plans

It also reinforced something I carry into all my work today: the importance of collaborative, patient-centred care.
