Miranda makes an excellent point – bodybuilding is about creating a balanced, aesthetic physique, and anyone can pursue that, regardless of their starting point. Balancing hormones plays a huge role in achieving these goals too. Proper nutrition, training, and rest are essential for supporting hormone levels, which in turn affect muscle growth, fat loss, and overall health. It’s all about the right balance for sustainable progress!
